Commit fails with "Internal error" when there is Interface mismatch in SDWAN-Cluster

Symptom
- Commit fails with the error messages below.
Details: Internal error during commit processing
Warning: Failed to autogenerate SDWAN configuration
- Configd.log (less mp-log configd.log) on Hub firewall shows the following error
pan_cfg_pushtpl_autogen_config_merge(pan_cfg_templates.c:6856): Failed to auto generate SD-wan config:
Interface mismatch in SDWAN-Cluster:sdwan-cluster. Peer:AHPRA-HOB-PA01, 023001003003 has atleast one interface with link-type:Ethernet/Cablemodem/ADSL/FIBER/LTE/Microwave/RADIO/WIFI. But local has none

Failed to execute cluster-gen.py
- Similar errors are seen in the Configd.log on Branch Firewall.
Environment
- PAN-OS
- Panorama
- SD-WAN plugin
- SDWAN VPN cluster with type hub and spoke topology is configured.
Cause
Mismatch in Interface type for SDWAN on hub and branch firewall configured in VPN cluster.
Resolution
Configure atleast one interface of link type : Ethernet/Cablemodem/ADSL/FIBER/LTE/Microwave/RADIO/WIFI for SDWAN in both hub and branch firewall. Steps below.
- Create SDWAN interface profile with link type Ethernet : In GUI::Panorama > Network > SDWAN- Interface Profile
- Assign this SD-WAN interface profile to a SDWAN enabled interface.
