Prisma Cloud: Jira Integration "Internal 500 Server error"

Symptom
When testing the Jira Integration receiving Internal Server Error (500).
This integration has already been set up yet, the user is retesting the integration to receive a test message in Jira.
Settings > Integration & Notifications > Edit (Under Actions) Jira Integration

Cause
This error occurs because the secret key and token are missing. These 2 elements are needed to test the integration.
By default Prisma Cloud removes the secret key and token for security measures once the integration has been set up already. This is by design to implement security precautions. Prisma Cloud has already set up the connection to the Jira server, so no longer needs those 2 components once established.
Resolution
Re add a secret key and token in the integration if you want to test it again.
You test the integration by clicking the Test button as seen below in the screenshot.
