Exporting Panorama and devices config bundle fails with an error "Failed to redirect error to /var/log/pan/appweb3-panmodule.log (Permission denied) Attempt to redirect error to appweb3-panmodule.log."

• Using: GUI: Panorama > Setup> Operations > Export Panorama and devices config bundle
• A new tab is launched (Chrome), and there is an error message is displayed on the newly launched tab

• No file download of the bundle is triggered.

1. Long-term resolution is the fix for PAN-189425 in 10.2.4.
2. The issue affects only Panorama, so one can export the device bundle on the firewall itself.
3. TAC can perform a temporary workaround for Panorama that can only be performed from the root.
4. The workaround lasts only last until the log is recycled or recreated.
5. There is no negative effect, but the workaround might need to be done multiple times depending on when the log is recycled and recreated.
