Device quarantine list does not show up in Panorama WebUI

Symptom


  • Host devices are quarantined by selecting "+block device" under "Host ID" in traffic logs.
  • These quarantined devices are showing up when navigating to GUI: Panorama > Device Quarantine.
  • In CLI, they appear with the command 'request device-quarantine-list show all' in the CLI.

Environment


  • Any Panorama
  • PAN-OS 10.1.x
  • User-ID

Cause


Software issue.

Resolution


  1. The issue has been resolved under PAN-178860 in PAN-OS 10.1.5 release.
  2. Upgrading Panorama to 10.1.5 or higher will resolve the issue.
