Symptom
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurred with stop code "BAD_POOL_CALLER" when GlobalProtect initiated the connection process.
Environment
- Panorama Managed Prisma Access
- GlobalProtect 6.2.0-89
- Microsoft Windows 11 Home, 64-bit with McAfee software
Resolution
- Uninstall McAfee software.
- Verify if the issue is resolved.
- Contact Mcafee support if the issue is resolved.
- If the issue persists after uninstall of McAfee software, contact Palo Alto Support.
