Symptom


  • In Strata Cloud Manager, navigate to monitor > users and select any user
  • Move to different timestamp and connection in the application experience trend and the Local Network Details do not change:

  • Strata Cloud Manager
  • ADEM

Cause


  • The Local Network details for a User in Strata Cloud Manager do not change. 
  • The information listed is always the current/live information. It will not be updated if past events are clicked. 

Resolution


  1. Working per design.
