[Enterprise DLP] A commit fails with the error "The data profile version from the client must be either the same or empty"

• Create a new data pattern or Profile.
• Upon commit the following error message is displayed on Panorama

  The data profile version from the client must be either the same or empty. push_dlp_config_to_cloud failed Failed plugin validation.

This error occurs due to the out-of-sync state in the version between Panorama and the backend service. 

1. Reset the DLP plugin config on Panorama CLI with the following command.

   > request plugin dlp reset
   # configure
   # commit

2. This command just resets the local state of the DLP config on the Panorama, and then syncs the candidate configuration from the DLP cloud.
