Panorama not displaying any logs

Symptom
- No logs are seen on Panorama.
- CLI command "show logging-status all" indicates, firewall connected and sending the logs to Panorama.
Environment
- M Series Panorama managed Firewalls
- PAN-OS below 10.2.11, 11.0.4 and 11.1.2
- Panorama configured as Log collector
Cause
Software issue.
Resolution
- Open the "logd" logs on the Log collector using "> less mp-log logd.log"
- Check for error message "conn to configd not available in:logd" as shown below
+0100 Error: _send_resp(pkt.c:3167): conn to configd not available in:logd
- If yes, restart "logd" process on the Log Collector as a workaround to resolve the issue.
>debug software restart process logd
- The issue will be fixed in the upcoming releases.
- If the the above error message is not seen in logs, contact support for assistance.
