How to confirm if the ADEM agent is running on Prisma SD-WAN ION devices?

Environment


  • Strata Cloud Manager(SCM)
  • Prisma Access (Cloud Managed)
  • Prisma SD-WAN
  • Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM)
  • ION Devices

Procedure


  1. Login to the Strata Cloud Manager(SCM)
  2. Click on the settings options at the bottom.
  3. Go to the "Remote Site Agent management" at the top left of the page
  4. For valid ADEM subscription on ION devices, "Remote Site Agent Version" of DEM agent is displayed.
