Question
- Why scan options constantly shows "Stop Agentless scan" regardless of whether the scan has been completed?
- Screenshot demonstrating the filter 'Agentless Scan: Scanning' which is intended to display accounts currently undergoing scanning.

Answer
- Agentless Start Scan Action is a global action that initiates scanning for all enabled agentless accounts.
- Start Scan Button, greyed out - indicates ongoing scanning of accounts.
- If customer made changes to the agentless configuration during the scan, Agentless Start Scan Action will not be available.
- If a user changes the target account during the scan Agentless Start Scan Action will not be available.
