Is it possible to view the contents of "Common Services" on HUB via Strata Cloud Manager with the Identity Information and Roles role as "Browser"?

Answer
Yes, users with the "Browser" role in the HUB can access Subscriptions, Tenants, Identity & Access (Roles), and Identity & Access (Identity Federations) via Strata Cloud Manager. This access is by design.
Since the role "Browser" is the minimum access required to use Hub or Strata Cloud Manager, without access to this info, the UI won't work.
