Question

1.  Why does ELA list price show when decommissioning device(s) in Support Portal?
2.  Does device decommissioning impact customers Enterprise Agreement?
3.  Does Palo Alto Networks bill customer for costs because and when device(s) is decommissioned?

Answer

1.  Enterprise Agreement (EA) is based on HW List Price.  Each EA has a cap based on HW list price.  This column gives customer the visibility.
2.  Decommissioning device(s) will open up room in the EA for other assets, so this is a good thing and not a negative impact.
3.  Palo Alto Networks does not bill customer for decommissioned devices.
