Objective
How is the old/wrong email on Okta App on Customers phone updated when user ID/email is changed in Okta Dashboard?
Environment
Okta Verify Application on Phone
Procedure
1. User has to remove the existing (old/wrong) email account from Okta Verify Application on their phone.
2. Then user will have to add new email account on the Okta Verify Application on phone to match the one updated on Okta Dashboard.
Additional Information
Please note:
We Do Dot recommend complete deletion of the Okta Verify Application from the phone.
Just remove the old email account and add the new email account that was updated.
