Not ability to configure the custom certificate for the local log collector

Custom certificate can be configured for dedicated log collector.

Customize the communication channels for a dedicated log collector

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

When panorama is working as mixed mode (Panorama and Log Collector in the same box) it does not require a custom certificate as both Log Collector and management are on the same device.
