Symptom
Scheduled reports with Cortex Data Lake data on Panorama does not show correct information.
However, the report job which, started manually from "Run Now" showed correct information.
Environment
- Cortex Data Lake
- Panorama
Cause
While creating custom scheduled reports on the Panorama, customer has the flexibility to set time frame of the data they want to witness in the report. However, CDL side doesn't take that time frame into consideration and hence schedules the report for an interval of 1 day.
Resolution
- In the current design, this is expected behavior.
- If you generate reports from Cortex Data Lake data with the period you specify, please generate it manually from "run now".
