Data Filtering profile setting is missing from PAN-OS WebUI

Symptom
In PAN-OS WebUI, OBJECTS > Security Profiles, Data Filtering profile setting is missing.
Normally it's displayed.
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewall or Panorama
- Supported PAN-OS
- DLP license is installed
Cause
A DLP license is installed on the firewall, but the DLP has not been setup.
Resolution
- If using Enterprise DLP, Go ahead and Set Up Enterprise DLP.
- If Enterprise DLP is not used, then remove the DLP license from the Firewall by using the command "delete license key <options>". Then open an Admin support case and request CSP team to remove the DLP license from the firewall serial number so that it is not re-fetched again.
Note: The symptom also happens with expired DLP license.
