No access to Prisma Access app with Prisma Access App Admin or Instance Admin role

Question
Why do users have no access to the Prisma Access app in the Hub, even though they have Prisma Access App Admin or Instance Admin role assigned to them?

Answer
A user with Prisma Access App Administrator or Instance Administrator role can only see Cloud Managed Prisma Access. These roles do not give visibility over Panorama Managed Prisma Access instances.
If the Prisma Access is Panorama Managed, the user needs to have Panorama App Administrator or Instance Administrator role.
If Prisma Access is managed by Panorama, it was activated via CSP. When Prisma Access is activated via CSP, the Prisma Access icon is not visible in the Hub.
Additional Information
There are two ways Prisma Access can be managed:
1. Cloud Managed Prisma Access (using the new Prisma Access app)
2. Panorama Managed Prisma Access
A user with Account Administrator role have visibility over all Prisma Access instances, no matter if they are Cloud Managed or Panorama Managed.
