Question


When a client attempts to access a certain website which is classified as a category with configuring "Site Access: allow", this client faces URL Filtering Continue page.

Environment


In URL Filtering configuration, "Site Access: continue" is configured for "web-advertisements" category.

Answer


This issue could occur when the accessed web page contains a content loading from other domain which is classified as "web-advertisements" category.

Additional Information


Recently many websites contain multiple advertisements or other contents which is provided from domains different from the page of original contents.
On the first attempt to a website classified as an "Allow" category, not only contents from original "allow" site but also from "web-advertisement" website could be loaded simultaneously.
In such a case, URL Filtering Continue page can be displayed and it is needed to click [Continue] button in the warning message in order to display requested pages.
This could be resulted in unexpected condition to browse websites.

You can find URL Filtering logs with "web-advertisements" category and URL in most of their logs contains different domain name from the websites accessing originally.
