What may cause Content Update fails for this error "Failed to extract rpm file /opt/pancfg/mgmt/av-images/tmp/panup-all-antivirus-xxxx-xxx.tgz" after upgrading from Premium Support License to Platinum Support License?

- PANOS versions: 7.1.x, 8.1.x, 9.0.x, 10.0.x
- Content versions: Latest
Answer
This error may indicate the Palo Alto Networks device serial number after Support type upgrade has not been added to the Enterprise Licensing Agreement database.
