Symptom
PA-VM has a problem if it is deployed on "Smart Data Platform (SDPF)", offered by NTT Communications.

Environment
- Palo Alto VM Series Firewall
- Palo Alto VM Series Panorama
- Deployment on Smart Data Platform (SDPF) offered by NTT Communications, formerly named "Enterprise Cloud (ECL)"
Cause
- Palo Alto Networks does not support the SDPF environment as a cloud environment.
- NTT Communications also does not support the instance which was deployed by using the PA-VM image on ECL.
