Symptom


  • Initial deployment of a Prisma tenant is failing with commit error "Failed to pre-allocate IP! Please raise ticket to PANW!".

Environment


  • Prisma Access

Cause


  • This error occurs when Egress IP Allow List is enabled before the initial commit for deployment.

Resolution


  1. Disable Egress IP allow list. 
  2. Push commit to complete initial set up.
  3. Enable Egress IP Allow List and push commit.
