Why am I receiving Prisma Access Insights Alerts for a Super Tenant that is inactive, when the only active activity is within its Sub-Tenant?
Environment
- Prisma Access Insights
- Tenant Management
Answer
- If the super tenant is deleted, then sub tenants are also deleted.
- As long as the sub tenant is still used, the super tenant is not deleted.
- "Prisma Access Insights Alert" mails about the super tenant may sill be sent.
- This is working as expected.
