Why am I receiving Prisma Access Insights Alerts for a Super Tenant that is inactive, when the only active activity is within its Sub-Tenant?

Answer


  1. If the super tenant is deleted, then sub tenants are also deleted.
  2. As long as the sub tenant is still used, the super tenant is not deleted.
  3. "Prisma Access Insights Alert" mails about the super tenant may sill be sent.
  4. This is working as expected.
