What is the meanings of notifications for Prisma Access Cloud Management Upgrade?

Question
Customers receive two types of notifications for upgrade of Prisma Access Cloud Management, not for upgrade of Prisma Access(Cloud managed).
- The Prisma Access Cloud Management Upgrade is Pending Verification
- The Prisma Access Cloud Management Upgrade is complete!

Answer
The pending verification message simply signifies that the upgrade operations during maintenance window are completed and PANW is making sure everything is working as it should.
Once PANW publishes the “Pending Verification” message, the service is available and customers can make changes.
The completion message means that PANW completes all verifications.
Additional Information
These notifications are expected ones and there shouldn’t be any cause for concern even if the completion message is posted out of maintenance window.
