Symptom


  • Unable to Download Compliance Report with Prisma Cloud Administrator Role 'Cloud Provisioning Admin'.
  • Getting "Access Denied" Error with message "You do not have the permissions to access the app_compliance_reports page. Only users with the System Admin role can access this page".

Resolution


  • Login with "System Admin" Role to perform this action.

NOTE: Select at-least one "Cloud Type" (AWS selected in the above example) to Click on "Create Report". Until then, this option would be greyed out : Add a New Compliance Report.
