Symptom


Alert from Strata Cloud Manager regarding "Out of Sync Peers - Software"

Cause


The PAN-OS version does not match between the devices in the HA Pair.

Resolution


Upgrade the device with the lower PAN-OS version to the same version as the peer device. See document below for further information on Upgrading PAN-OS
Upgrade the Firewall to PAN-OS 10.2
