Symptom


  • Panorama commit gives an error as "Your mobile users/explicit proxy deployment is licensed for a maximum of 5 prisma access locations for Mobile-Users and Explicit Proxy each"

Cause


The number of locations listed in GUI: "Panorama > Cloud Service > Configuration > Onboarding > Locations" is higher than licensed five locations
 

Resolution


  1. Go to GUI: Panorama > Cloud Service > Configuration > Onboarding > Locations
  2. Verify only the licensed number of gateways are selected. In this case 5.
  3. Click on the "Manual Gateway Locations" tab and verify the number of locations is not exceeding the licensed limit.
  4. Commit the configuration.
