Cause

Sofware Issue.

Resolution

  1. The issue is resolved under PAN-189982 in PAN-OS 10.1.6, 10.2.2 and above.
  2. Upgrading to the above or later versions will resolve the issue.
  3. Alternatively using a browser that is not based on the chromium engine, such as Firefox or Safari will also resolve the issue.
  4. Another option is to use "zoom in" function in the browser, it should reduce the size of the bar.
