Effective March 18th, 2024

 

Prisma Cloud continues to value customer input on product enhancements and roadmap suggestions. To better serve these requests we are improving and scaling the Request for Enhancement (RFE) Process.

 

What’s Changing 


Effective Monday, March 18th, 2024,  the Prisma Cloud RFE Aha portal will be taken offline.  All new requests will be directed to your Prisma Cloud Solutions Architect and Customer Success representatives. Your Prisma Cloud representatives are the perfect liaison and advocate between you and the Prisma Cloud product teams. They are both familiar with your business’ use cases and are the Prisma Cloud product experts. 

 

We have found that the involvement of a company representative often results in quickly resolving feature suggestions by recommending alternative solutions that meet the same requirement. If an RFE is needed, they are also in the best position to clearly write up the requirements to the product team and to answer the follow up questions. This refined approach ensures better communication, significantly reduces your effort to open an RFE, and delivers quicker resolution.

 

Your Existing RFEs

 

Rest assured, your effort wasn’t wasted. We are actively reviewing and triaging existing RFEs with the aim of either moving them towards development, putting them in our backlog for future consideration or marking them as something we do not plan to implement. Please check in with your Customer Success Representative or Solutions Architect for an update. 

 

Using the new process

 

On Monday, March 18th, 2024, the Prisma Cloud RFE Aha portal will be taken offline. Although the portal is available through March 18, we recommend that you refrain from further utilizing the portal. To file your RFE, please share your requests through your Customer Success representatives or Prisma Cloud Solution Architect.
