Export policies for Mobile_User and Remote_Network is grayed out

Symptom


  • Cloud_Services Plugin updated to version 2.2.
  • After update, the Export policies for Mobile_User(MU) and Remote_Network(RN) are grayed out.

Environment


  • Any Panorama
  • Supported PAN-OS
  • Cloud Services Plugin version 2.2

Cause


There will be MSConnection error when trying to export policies with cloud_services 2.2 (check php debug)

Resolution


  1. Update plugin to one of the following:
    1. cloud_services-2.2.0-h32.preferred
    2. cloud_services-3.0.0-c68  or later
  2. Alternatively  one can also use cloud_services 2.1 series.
