How long does it take to populate users in cloud firewall after adding in the AD group and syncing to the Cloud Identity Engine?

Environment


  • Cloud Identity Engine
  • Prisma Access
  • Prisma Access Cloud Managed
  • Prisma Access Panorama Managed

Answer


  1. Cloud Identity Engine DSP service for each tenant syncs users and groups from CIE every 15 Minutes.
  2. Any changes in the Cloud Identity Engine side will take at least 15 minutes to be reflected in the Firewalls.

Additional Information


In case of deletion of the users or groups as well it will take 15 minutes to reflect in the firewall.
