Objective


Auto-Focus API has stopped working without any configuration changes, what is my first step for debugging?

  • Auto-Focus license 
  • All PAN-OS 
  • XSOAR


Procedure

  1. The first step is to check AutoFocus API operational status at the Palo Alto Status Page
  2. The next step is to check the AutoFocus license validity. This can be checked by a simple command using CLI
> request license info
