Software NGFW Credits Deployment Profile cannot be edited or deleted
Question
What to do if a Software NGFW Credits Deployment Profile cannot be edited or deleted, or after updating the Deployment profile you see it stuck on "Update Pending" status?

Answer
If the Delete profile option is not available, check if you have Panorama device(s) registered to the Deployment Profile.
If there is a Panorama provisioned, the delete option will be disabled in the Deployment Profile. Before deleting the Deployment Profile, the Panorama device has to be removed from the profile.

Can the VM Panorama provisioned from Software NGFW Credits be removed?
If you are facing any other issues with editing or deleting an existing Software NGFW Credit Deployment profile, contact Support via the Customer Support Portal and create an admin case. We will engage our Operations Team to resolve this issue in the backend. In the case description provide the accurate error message and a screenshot of the error.

- The system is unable to process your deployment profile. Please try again or contact Customer Support.
