Objective


How to transfer license from defected Prisma SD-WAN ION to replacement Prisma SD-WAN ION.

Procedure


 
  • Login to the Customer Support Portal
    • Asset --> ION Tab
  • Search for the Defective Serial number
  • Click on the Defective Serial Number
  • Click on License Transfer tab at the top of the window

  • Select the defective device from the Eligible Devices list drop down
  • ​​​​​​​Click Transfer
