Prisma Cloud: How to Customize Email for Alert Rule Notification Template with SAML URL

Objective
You have SSO enabled and are receiving emails for their alert rules notifications on the default sign on for app2. Making you unable to access the alert directly through your custom email notification template.
They needed to change the Relay State Param to their SAML URL because by default it is the app2.prismacloud.io

Procedure
How to Customize this setting:
Under Settings > Access Control > SSO > RelayState Parameter Name
Relay State Param name is a SAML specific Relay State parameter name. If you provide this parameter along with the Prisma Cloud Access SAML URL, all notification links in Splunk, Slack, SQS, email, and reports will have seamless access to the Prisma Cloud application. The relay state parameter or value is specific to your Identity Provider.
When using RelayState functionality, make sure your Prisma Cloud Access SAML URL corresponds to Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL ending in ‘/sso/saml’.
