Question


What procedure should be followed if "Authentication Failed! "No active entitlements found" error is displayed?

  • Prisma Cloud
  • Authentication failure error


Answer


  1. A possible reason for getting this error is entering the wrong password 5 times which locks out the user from the platform
  2. The only way to unlock the user's account is to request a password reset from the legacy/sign in page
  3. An example legacy sign-in link is https://app.prismacloud.io/login
  4. Replace 'app' in the above link with your appropriate stack for e.g. app2, app3, respectively

Additional Information


  • This method will only work if the user is on the SSO bypass list
  • If the user is not on the SSO bypass list then a work around is to create another account with a different email address
  • The reset password is unique and NOT connected to their PANW or any other IDP SSO access
