How to delete a VM from Software NGFW Credits
Environment
CSP
Procedure
- Login into Customer Support Portal (CSP) > Click Assets > Software NGFW Credits Dashboard > Details.
- Click on More Option > Deactivate Firewall
- Select the VM Serial number > click Deactivate Firewall
- Verify if the credits have been allocated back to the Credit Pool.
If you need remove an expired Software NGFW Credits license from a VM machine because you want to activate another auth code on the VM, you will need to create a support case .
VM serial numbers cannot be removed from the Expired deployment profile tab.
