Answer


  • Prisma Cloud uses Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for Mail Notifications
  • When the Response from SES is HTTP 2xx success, Prisma Cloud will update the status in the Database as DONE
  • When the Response from SES is Non-2xx response, Prisma Cloud will update the status in the Database as FAILED_EXTERNAL
