Symptom
GlobalProtect los agentes no pueden autenticarse en Cloud Authentication Service.
Environment
- GlobalProtect Agente 5.2 y versiones anteriores
- Autenticación mediante el servicio de autenticación en la nube
Cause
La autenticación a través de Cloud Authentication Service para GlobalProtect el agente estará disponible en GloblProtect Agent versión 6.0
Resolution
Actualice los clientes a GP la versión 6.0 o superior. Consulte GlobalProtect App para Windows
Additional Information
Desde appweb3-sslvpn.log (PAN-OS 10.1 y anteriores), se verá el siguiente registro.
admin@Firewall> less mp-log appweb3-sslvpn.log
Error: panGlobalProtectPreLogin(panPhpGlobalProtect.c:2088): auth method is CAS but CAS is not supported by the agent.
Note : From PAN-OS 10.2, the log file to monitor is gpsvc.log
