Los registros de Netflow no se envían

Symptom
Usted verifica la accesibilidad al servidor del Netflow y puede ver que los contadores para las estadísticas de Netflow están incrementando, sin embargo no hay hits en la seguridad policy y el recopilador no recibe ningún dato.

Consejo: Para borrar los contadores anteriores, usted puede ejecutar este comando:
> debug log-receiver netflow clear

Todas las firewall plataformas
Cause
En pestaña Dispositivo > Netflow > dirección de servidor Netflow Server Profile Netflow se establece con máscara de IP subred.
Resolution
No utilice una máscara de subred al configurar la dirección del servidor Netflow IP
