Symptom


  • System experiences memory issues and/or CPU spikes.
  • This can be seen in System Diagnostics page (Settings > About > System Diagnostics)


Environment


  • Cortex XSOAR
  • Version 6.2, 6.5, 6.6, 6.8, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12


Cause


When Large audit log files are stored, the system may experience memory or CPU spikes.

Resolution


  1. Click Delete audits on the System Diagnostics  page to remove all Audit Log entries prior to the last 30 days.
  2. To schedule automatic purges or perform a manual purge, see scheduled and on-demand audit purges .
