Question


  • Template values are overridden on the Firewall,
  • Does the subsequent commit push from Panorama revert the values on Firewall?

Environment


  • Panorama managed Firewalls
  • Supported PAN-OS
  • Template Push

Answer


  1. The "override" on the Firewall take the precedence over Panorama Push.
  2. If  "commit" from the Panorama is not being applied, 'Revert' the overridden values in the local firewall.
