Objective
How to remove Expiration Date from user profile in Customer Support Portal (CSP).
Environment

Procedure
NOTE: you need to be a Super User to edit users in a support account.
- Login into CSP
- Click Members >> Manage Users
- Click the three dots on the right hand and select Edit User
- Click the X to remove the Expiration Date and select Update User to save
