Objective


How to remove Expiration Date from user profile in Customer Support Portal (CSP).

Environment


CSP

Procedure


NOTE: you need to be a Super User to edit users in a support account.
 
  1. Login into CSP
  2. Click Members >> Manage Users
  3. Click the three dots on the right hand and select Edit User

  1. Click the X to remove the Expiration Date and select Update User to save
