Is there a way to allow users to bypass SSO and login via password?

Yes, it is possible to allow users to bypass SSO.  It is recommended to exclude at least one user from SSO login during the SSO configuration in Prisma Cloud. This way, if SSO fails for some reason, the user without SSO can log into Prisma Cloud console.

To exclude a user from SSO configuration, follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Prisma Cloud console as a Prisma Cloud administrator
  2. Go to Settings > SSO
  3. Check the box: Allow select users to authenticate directly with Prisma Cloud
  4. Select the user from the drop-down list to exclude the user from SSO and be able to log in directly to Prisma Cloud
