How to request RMA Return Instructions
Environment
RMA replacement device, SFDC > Support Cases
Procedure
You can have the RMA Return Instructions resent from the Support Case.
- Log in to Customer Support Portal > Support Cases
- Filter for the RMA case and click the case number
- Click the RMA tab
- Scroll down to find "Request Return Instructions" and click it
- In the popup window confirm Asset Recovery Contact Information and click Confirm
- Follow the steps outlined in the return instructions to ensure the device is returned safely and in a timely manner
Additionally, you can email - Paloaltoreturns@onprocess.com if you need the RMA return instructions resent or sent to another email ID.
