Rule Export File (CSV or PDF) does not have rule usage information

Symptom
- Navigate to GUI: Policy > Security > Click on PDF/CSV at the bottom.
- New window is opened with rules listed, select the required rules to be exported and click on export by selecting the desired format (pdf/csv)
- The exported data has the rule usage field is shown as "Undefined" and target device showing [object Object]. The disabled rules are not marked as Disabled.
Environment
- Any Panorama
- Any Palo Alto Firewall.
- PAN-OS 8.1.12 and higher
Cause
This software issue is a regression issue seen on PANOS versions 8.1.12 and above and is fixed by PAN-135356 fixed for 8.1.16, 9.0.10, 9.1.3 and PAN-138573 currently verified in 9.x code.
Resolution
- The issue is fixed in PAN-OS 8.1.16, 9.0.10, 9.1.3, and 9.2.0.
- There are no workarounds other than upgrading to the fixed versions.
