How to resolved Invalid portal with this specific error : "error 0x8007042C" for windows users.

Objective
when user try to connect to the GP, they are seeing invalid portal:

- Pan-Os
- Global protect
- Windows
Procedure
Pan Gps logs showing the windows error , which causing connection failed.

This error is windows error and may need to contact Microsoft for further investigation. .

Make sure , scan windows device for viruses or malware recently, double check if windows firewall do not block GP services.
