Answer
The OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.131.1.1.1.5.28 gives Alarm status for Power Supply1.
The OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.7.28 gives supply information of Power Supply1.
Replace the last digits with 29 for Power Supply2, 30 for Power Supply3, and 31 for Power Supply4.
