Latency through PA-VM in Azure with counter 'pkt_tp_status_def' and 'pkt_sent_dev_err'

Any traffic traversing through the VM-Series firewall encounters latency with global counters 'pkt_tp_status_def' and 'pkt_sent_dev_err'

• From CLI, run the counter “show counter global filter delta yes”
