Objective
Provides the steps to change device name for a SN on Customer Support Portal
Environment
Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Procedure
Option 1:
1: Log into Support portal support.paloaltonetworks.com
- Select Products
- Select Devices
- Search for the SN
- Select the SN
2: Click on the serial number hyperlink
- Type the device name
- Submit the change
Option 2:
1: Log into Support portal support.paloaltonetworks.com
- Select Products
- Select Assets
- Search for the SN
- Select the SN
2: Once you have the SN
- Click on Account Actions
- Select Device Tab
3: Select the appropriate Device Tag Name to Edit or Delete
4: Once complete, click Submit
