Symptom
PAN-OS Panorama 在记录器模式下在日志收集器上下载图像时，会显示错误消息"错误：图像文件身份验证错误"。

Cause
在尝试下载软件之前，日志收集器无法使用更新服务器进行身份验证。
Resolution
运行命令"请求系统软件检查"， 以验证和从更新服务器获取最新版本的信息。 然后重新运行"请求系统软件下载"和"显示作业"命令，如下示示示。
